Carl has held senior management posts in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. His responsibilities have included managing multi million pounds Energy Efficiency Commitment projects for a major Utility Company. This included full project management, monitoring and evaluation against milestones, targets and anticipated outcomes as well as producing interim and final reports for Regulators, internal and external stakeholders.
