Alan has held senior managerial positions both within the public and private sector. ln his career to date he has been involved in the evaluation of both financial and outcome performance against targets. He has been responsible for carrying out high value business and financial planning and control, forensic accounting as well as organisational and systems development.

Alan brings profound knowledge of the commercial disciplines of marketing and management to the Not for Profit world, and has a strong working knowledge of company law and practice - increasingly important when Not for Profit organisations are governed by company as well as charity law.
