What's the Problem?
Latest News 		Fundraising Strategy begins with the fundamental question : Why are we here?  What are the Charity's objects?

A Fundraising Strategy answers the following questions :
  • Identify the need you are seeking to address
  • What do you need to meet the need (resources)?
  • Where are we now?  Do we need to grow to meet the need?
  • What will it cost? (Full Cost Recovery Budget)
    • Salary
    • Overheads
      • Office
      • Transport
      • Management
      • Personnel
      • Payroll etc
  • How should we generate income?  Which of the available sources are appropriate?
  • What are the Risks associated with our chosen strategy?
  • What can we do to mitigate those risks?
